Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DoCo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use DoCo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on DoCo. However, by posting content, you grant DoCo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or pornography
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. Content Moderation

DoCo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Users can report objectionable content, and we will review reports within 24 hours. Users can also block other users to prevent unwanted interactions. See our Content Moderation Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use automated systems to interact with the App

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings (Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account). Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DoCo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
